The following activities are strictly prohibited on 377bet. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — such as repeatedly claiming the welcome bonus using false information.
• Transactions involving money laundering or funds from illegal sources.
• Using software or bots to artificially influence outcomes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to or hack another member's account.

377bet reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time — particularly in cases of Terms violations. Members may also close their own account at any time.

• Violating our terms may result in immediate account closure — and your balance may be forfeited.
• If a member requests account closure, any valid balance will be returned.
• Under Responsible Gaming, members may voluntarily take a temporary break via Self-Exclusion.
• An account will not be reactivated until the self-exclusion period has ended.
• Members with a closed account cannot open a new one.

VIP tiers in the 377bet VIP program are assigned automatically based on monthly betting volume. The following conditions apply to VIP benefits:

• Tier levels are determined at the start of each month based on the previous month's total betting volume.
• If the required betting volume is not met in a given month, your tier may be downgraded the following month.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses only — not on winnings.
